Tarragon Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, peeled and thinly sliced
    fresh herbs (i.e. thyme, parsley, bay)
    2 whole chicken breasts
    juice of 1 lemon
    salt and pepper
    3/4 tsp. tarragon, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Butter pan, layer onions, herbs and chicken.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon.
    Roast 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven (do not overcook).
