Ingredients

1 (19 oz.) pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 c. water
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa (optional)
1/2 c. coarsely broken nuts
1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Prepare cake mix using water and eggs.
Spread evenly in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish that has been greased and floured or sprayed good with Pam.
Sift sugar and cocoa together.
Sprinkle sugar, cocoa and nuts evenly over cake batter.
Pour hot water over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
Delicious with Cool Whip, ice cream or plain.
