Amy'S Oriental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. butter
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 1/4 c. cooked rice
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. broccoli tops
    1 c. diced cooked chicken
    1/4 c. water
    2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook beaten egg in the butter in a 10-inch skillet until set. Add onion and rice.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add carrots, broccoli and chicken.
    Stir until combined.
    Add water and soy sauce.
    Stir until rice is browned.
    Serve.
