Oatmeal Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. honey
1 3/4 c. oat flour
2 3/4 c. flour
2 c. uncooked oats
2 eggs
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 Tbsp. salt
1 egg white, beaten with small amount of water
Preparation

To make oat flour, process 2 1/2 cups uncooked oats in covered blender 30 seconds.
Scrape down and repeat.
Makes approximately 1 3/4 cups oat flour.
