Seafood Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 lb. shrimp
    1/2 lb. sea scallops
    2 medium minced cloves garlic
    1/2 c. tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. Arborio rice
    1 c. dry white wine
    4 c. chicken stock
    2 c. clam juice
    1/2 c. fresh basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large, heavy skillet, heat 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat.
    Add shrimp and scallops.
    Saute until shrimp begins to color.
    Add garlic; saute 2 minutes more.
    Add tomatoes; toss to combine.
    Set aside.
