Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust, baked and cooled
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. water
4 eggs, separated
3 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
1/2 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
Preparation

Mix in pan, sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add water in gradually, stirring constantly over medium heat.
Stir until thick. Remove from heat.
