Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soda
4 eggs
1 can (2 c.) pumpkin
1/2 c. water
1 c. cooking oil (Wesson)
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. dates
Preparation

Sift flour, cinnamon, salt, sugar, nutmeg and soda; then add eggs.
Next add pumpkin, water and oil.
Mix well, then add nuts, raisins and dates.
Grease and flour well four 1-pound coffee cans. Fill cans 1/2 full and place on a cookie sheet.
Bake one hour at 325\u00b0.
You can take from the cans while hot.
Serve with whipped cream.
(Olive-cream cheese spread can be used with bread.)
