Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked squash
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. cheese
    6 saltine crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Drain cooked squash and onion well. Beat with mixer.
    Add all additional ingredients and beat again.
    Pour into a greased 3-quart casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
