Crock-Pot Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan grated cheese
    1/4 c. minced dry onions
    2 eggs
    sprinkle of salt and pepper
    6 oz. can tomato sauce from 16 oz. can
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Spray crock-pot with Pam.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pack evenly in pot.
    Add 1 tablespoon sugar in can of sauce.
    Stir and place on top of meat loaf.
    Cook on low approximately 6 hours (on high sides will burn).
    Start before 8 a.m. and it is ready for supper.
    Cut in fourths and remove.
    Serves 4.
