Pineapple Confetti Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 c. thick sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/3 c. each chopped red and green maraschino cherries
    1 large pkg. lime Jell-O
Preparation
    Combine Jell-O and hot water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add pineapple.
    Refrigerate until syrupy.
    Add sour cream, nuts and cherries.
    Mix well.
    Pour into mold.
    Refrigerate until set. Unmold.
    Garnish with small cream cheese balls rolled in chopped nuts and cherries.
