Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs, at room temperature
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine salt, soda and flour and sift.
Add alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
Add flavoring.
Spoon into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Do not open oven for first hour.
