Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 medium onion
    1/2 large bell pepper
    1 c. instant Minute rice
    2 cans cream-style corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    cheese
Preparation
    Saute first 3 ingredients.
    Mix with next four ingredients. Pour into slightly greased baking dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
