Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 yeast pkg.
    1/4 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix flour, soda and sugar.
    Cut shortening into dry ingredients.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add this and buttermilk to shortening mixture.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Roll out dough to 3/4-inch and cut into the size you want.
    Bake 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    You can store leftover dough in refrigerator for the next day.
    I like to roll out and cut into biscuits about 1 hour before baking.
