Banana Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Kool-Aid of your choice (cherry is very good)
    1/2 large can unsweetened pineapple juice
    4 very ripe bananas, blended
    1 qt. bottle ginger ale
    2 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put bananas in blender; put sugar in gallon container with 2 cups boiling water.
    Stir until sugar dissolves; add about 2 more cups of cold water.
    Stir in blended bananas, Kool-Aid and pineapple juice.
    Finish filling container with water.
    Chill until ready to serve.
    Just before serving, pour in ginger ale.
