E - Z Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, cubed with skins on and cooked
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 slice bread, broken into pieces
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Put into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes covered with foil, then uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
If desired, cover with crushed corn flakes.
