Fried Softshell Crawfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    soft shelled crawfish
    eggs
    salt and pepper
    flour
    cornmeal
    cayenne pepper
    garlic powder
    allspice
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Clean the crawfish by removing the top shell and eyes. Combine eggs, salt and pepper.
    Pour over the crawfish.
    Mix flour and cornmeal in 3 to 1 proportion; season with salt, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and allspice.
    Dip crawfish into this mixture and fry in oil for about 3 minutes.
