Macaroni And Lots Of Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corkscrew macaroni
    1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed and softened
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 medium tomato, cut in wedges
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
    In large saucepan, cook chopped onion in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour and pepper until blended.
    Add milk.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.
    Stir in the Cheddar and cream cheeses until melted.
    Stir macaroni into cheese mixture. Turn into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with tomato and green onion.
