Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes (about 12 medium)
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 c. milk
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Slice potatoes thinly, about 8 cups.
    Layer potatoes and sprinkle each layer with dry ingredients.
    Dot with remaining butter.
    Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover and bake 60 to 70 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.
    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
