Simple Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lb. sirloin tip, sliced paper thin across grain
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2/3 c. water
    5 oz. can bamboo shoots, drained
    2 bunches green onions, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 lb. can bean sprouts, drained
    5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and thinly sliced
    3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, undrained
Preparation
    Heat oil in electric skillet to set at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Brown sirloin 2 to 3 minutes.
    Combine sugar, flour, soy sauce and water.
    Pour over beef; push to one side.
    Add bamboo shoots and onions, keeping in separate groups.
    Continue cooking while tossing each group 5 to 10 minutes, keeping vegetables separate. Push to side.
    Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts and mushrooms, keeping in groups.
    Cook about 2 minutes until heated through. Serve with hot fluffy rice.
