Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. low calorie mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. capers
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chilled dietetic pack tuna, drained and broken into pieces
3/4 c. diced cucumber
Preparation
-
Combine the first 5 ingredients for dressing.
Combine tuna and cucumber.
Just before serving, toss tuna with dressing. Serves 6.
Each serving equals 2 meat exchanges and 1 fat exchange.
