Ingredients

8-10 potatoes
Italian seasoning
parmesan cheese
garlic powder
olive oil

Preparation

Clean and dice potatoes.
Pour enough olive oil to coat.
Use seasoning to taste.
Mix together.
Bake on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam at 400\u00b0 for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
