Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. quick grits (not instant)
    1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 egg
    milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 9-inch baking dish or spray with Pam.
    Bring salted water to boil.
    Slowly add grits, stirring constantly.
    Return to boil.
    Reduce heat and cook 3 to 5 minutes, until thick, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat and add garlic cheese (which has been sliced to melt faster) and margarine.
    Stir until both are melted.
