Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 can (3 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients using only one cup of pecans.
    Shape into a ball.
    Roll in remaining pecans.
    Refrigerate.
    Serve with crackers.
