Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg
    2 c. corn flake crumbs
    1 fryer, cut up
Preparation
    Mix milk, flour, egg, salt and pepper well.
    Dip chicken in milk mixture (drain excess liquid); roll in corn flake crumbs. Place in a greased baking dish.
    Chip margarine over chicken.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Do not turn chicken while baking.
