Cherry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. red cherry juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 drops almond extract
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Blend in flour.
    Add cherry juice and cook until sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice, sugar and almond extract. Chill.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce.
