Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar
    preserves or cut up maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Cream together the cream cheese and sugar.
    Add eggs and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Pour into cupcake liners (I like the little 1 1/2-inch diameter liners), about 2/3 full.
    Bake 40 minutes at 300\u00b0 (will not be brown, only raise up).
    Take out of oven and let cool 10 minutes.
    A slight indention will form in center.
