Gingerbread(Meat Frying May Be Used) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. molasses
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Mix sugar, molasses, fat and egg.
    Add the milk and then the flour, sifted with all other dry ingredients.
    Beat hard.
    Bake about 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
