Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    4 c. flour
    1 beaten egg
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Soak yeast in water in a large bowl. Add salt and sugar; mix in flour to soft and smooth dough forms. Do not let rise. Cut into pieces.
