Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (small) lemon jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Milnot, whipped stiff
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. oleo, melted
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water and chill until slightly thickened.
Cream together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add jello and lemon juice.
Blend well.
Fold into whipped Milnot. Mix crumbs and butter together and put 2/3 of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Pour in filling and put rest of crumbs on top.
Chill several hours or overnight.
This also freezes well.
