Apple Cake - cooking recipe

4 c. finely diced apples (2 small apples make a c.)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 beaten eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. When cool, frost with any white frosting.
