Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 4 Tbsp. cold water
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    4 pkg. whipped Dream Whip
    1 (8-inch) angel food cake, broken into pieces
    coconut
Preparation
    Combine gelatin, boiling water, sugar, salt, juice and pineapple.
    Refrigerate to set.
    Fold in 2 packages whipped Dream Whip.
    Line 10-inch round mixing bowl with wax paper.
    Add pineapple mixture alternately with pieces.
    Let stand for at least 4 hours in refrigerator.
    Unmold on plate; top with 2 packages Dream Whip.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Decorate with maraschino cherries and citron for Christmas.
    Yields 12 servings.
