Baked Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. hard-cooked eggs
    1 Tbsp. minced onions
    1/2 tsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. minced cooked ham
    1 c. white sauce
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook the minced onion in the butter a few minutes.
    Mix with parsley, mustard, lemon juice and a little salt and pepper.
    Cut eggs in half, remove the yolks and mash.
    Mix with the onion, seasonings and ham.
    Add a little more lemon juice if needed for smoothness.
    Fill the white halves and arrange them in a baking dish.
    Pour the white sauce over them and sprinkle with the bread crumbs.
    Heat in moderate oven (350\u00b0) until the top is browned. Serves 4 to 6.
    Real good and filling, too.
