Apple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 to 6 c. cooked apple wedges (may be canned)
1 box butter pecan cake mix
Cool Whip or ice cream

Preparation

In a heavily buttered baking dish (9 x 13-inch), spread out the cooked apples.
Sprinkle cake mix over the apples.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.
