Pesto Genovese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh basil
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. pine nuts
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. Romano
    3 Tbsp. soft butter
    1 Tbsp. hot water (from boiled pasta)
Preparation
    Blend basil, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic and salt in blender first, then add remainder of ingredients.
