Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix soup with 1 soup can of water. Combine rice, hamburger, onion, seasonings and 4 tablespoons soup; mix well.
Form into balls.
Place in casserole dish.
Cover with remaining soup.
Bake, covered at 350\u00b0, for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Remove the cover for the remaining 15 minutes of baking.
Yields 5 servings.
