Turkey Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. ground turkey
    1 container of microwave Stove Top Stuffing
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables
    1 large onion, chopped and sauteed
Preparation
    Mix the above ingredients well. Pour into a 9 X 13 inch pan or a loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 F. for 1 hour or until done.
    Cover with 1 can of tomato sauce for the last 1/2 hour of baking.
