Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    peppers
    salt (optional)
    pepper (optional)
    thyme (optional)
    rice (optional)
    mushrooms (optional)
    grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Slice off top of pepper, scoop out seeds and white membrane. Blanche peppers in boiling water 2 to 3 minutes until slightly tender; drain well.
    Halved peppers can also be used with blanching directions.
