Guacamole Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados, halved and pitted
    2 tomatoes, skinned and halved
    1 or 2 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/3 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. large curd cottage cheese (drain if necessary)
Preparation
    Scoop out avocados and tomatoes, turning upside down to drain. Cut avocado meat into 1/2-inch cubes and sprinkle with lemon or lime juice. Dice tomato pulp into 1/4-inch cubes and add
    to avocado.
    Chill.
