Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. raisins
    3 c. milk (part cream, if desired)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add other ingredients.
    Pour into buttered dish. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until set around edges, then stir.
    Continue cooking until it is set in center.
    You may add a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg, if you like.
    Set a pan of hot water on oven rack below pudding while baking.
