Smothered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    2 cans water
    1 Tbsp. flour, slightly rounded
    1 round steak
Preparation
    Flour steak and brown in a small amount of fat.
    Remove steak to casserole dish.
    Brown flour in grease.
    Add soups and liquid. Pour over steak.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for approximately 3 hours or until very tender.
