Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick oleo
    30 Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli with salt.
    Drain, then place in baking dish. Melt cheese and half of oleo in double boiler.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Melt remaining oleo and saute crumbs, then put on top. Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
