Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread, cubed
    3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    8 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Layer bread and cheese in greased 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Mix together milk, eggs, salt and mustard.
    Pour over bread and cheese.
    Let set overnight.
    Before baking, pour 1/4 cup melted butter over the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
    Great for breakfast!
