Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. chopped almonds, toasted
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
3 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. grated American cheese
Preparation

Toss lightly all ingredients, except chips and cheese.
Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Spread chips and cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Serves 3 to 4.
