Green Bean Lyonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green beans
    4 oz. bacon, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, finely diced
    1/4 c. finely diced pimentos
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Trim the beans.
    Blanch the beans for 6 minutes in boiling water.
    Fry the bacon in a large skillet.
    Drain the grease.
    Add the butter, onion and pimento.
    Saute until tender.
    Add the beans.
    Fast fry for 3 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
