Veal Sandwich Spread(Kalve-Sus) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. veal
    1 gal. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
Preparation
    Boil meat in salted water until done.
    Grind meat and put it back in broth; let it come to a boil.
    Add gelatin.
    Season to taste.
    When cold, slice and serve.
    Tastes good with lefse or flatbread.
