Wilton petite heart pan
3/4 c. butter
1 2/3 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. powdered almonds
1/3 c. flour
5 egg whites
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook butter over medium heat just until light brown; watch closely, butter burns easily.
Mix sugar, nuts and flour together.
Gently stir in egg whites, then hot butter. Generously butter petite heart pan.
Fill each pan halfway.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove immediately from pan. (Sides may need to be loosened with a spatula.)
