Fresh Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced fresh peaches
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted oleo
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix sliced peaches and 1/2 cup sugar to sweeten and set aside. Mix melted oleo, 1/2 cup sugar, flour, milk and baking powder together for a smooth cake like batter. Pour batter in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Pour sweetened peaches over top.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 6 servings.
    Is delicious.
