Coffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. golden raisins
    2/3 c. strong coffee
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. enriched flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine raisins, coffee and cinnamon; let stand.
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Mix and sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to cake batter.
    Last, add cinnamon and raisins.
    Spread batter in jelly roll pan, 15 x 10 x 1-inch.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Spread with glaze of confectioners sugar and coffee while still warm.
