Chicken Salad On A Croissant - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 croissants
6 cooked, chopped chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
1/2 to 1 c. chopped cashews
2 to 3 Tbsp. minced chives or green onions
mayonnaise (enough for consistency)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise on each side of a croissant.
Spread the chicken salad on the croissant.
Serve with fruit.
