Mushroom Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can whole mushrooms
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 c. hot water
4 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. light cream
pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in butter gently for 2 minutes.
Dissolve beef cubes in hot water.
Melt butter and blend with flour in another pan. Add cream, salt, pepper, beef broth and mushrooms to butter and flour mixture.
Pour into buttered casserole. Top with cheese and crumbs mixed together.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
